Returns Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of the purchase to request a return and/or exchange.

For the return to be accepted, the item must

  • be un-opened (in its original packaging, as it was sent to the customer)
  • be in acceptable condition
  • and the request made within 30 days of the purchase.
  • A receipt must be provided during the request process to confirm validity of the purchase.

To request a return and/or exchange, please fill out the form in this section of the page with the following:

  • Date of purchase
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number

The customer will be contacted via email or phone to confirm any additional details. We will request a copy of the customer’s receipt via email in order to confirm validity of the purchase.

Please provide a legible copy of the order receipt that was sent to your email upon the initial purchase.

If the request is accepted, it will be fulfilled in a timely manner. We will send status updates to the email that was provided for the request.

Ensure the item is packaged and secure as to not be damaged in the shipping process.

Customer is responsible for shipping of the item (packaging & shipping payment).

All unopened items will receive a refund on each item, and the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the net charge of the returned and/or exchanged items, as it was charged during the initial purchase (after discounts).

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and in acceptable condition. Processing usually takes 5-7 business days for the payment to be received to the original payment method.
